Wow. I am just completely blown away right now.

I just saw the movie Once, and wow – just wow.

I don’t think I’ve ever been moved this much by a movie before.

The story is very simple. There’s nothing amazing there. Basically there’s a musician, and he meets another musician, and together they make some amazing music.

The music in this movie is just so beautiful. I’ve only felt this way a few times in my life before, and each time it has been after one of the few concerts that have stood out among the 100 concerts that I have been to. I have found some of the music from the movie online, and I don’t want to stop listening to it. I don’t want to go to sleep. I’m just completely blown away.

Those of you that know me may already like or dislike my taste in music, but forget that for now. This music is universally lovable. Seriously, if you don’t like this music, then you are a bad person. You are a terrible human being, and do not deserve this movie. But don’t worry about that either, because you will like this movie and the music in it. IT’S THAT GOOD.

So please, please, please do me a favor and find a person to go see Once with (amazing movie to take a date to btw).

And I hate having to lump this in here since it is so off topic, but I can’t write a blog without mentioning this so…

HUGE CONGRATULATIONS go out to Jonathon “Fiery Justice” Little for taking down the Mirage WPT for over $1,000,000. Jon has a butt-load of talent, and this will certainly not be the last you hear from him. Some people left comments on his myspace page saying, “You really deserved this.” I’m not gonna say something like that, because that implies he has gotten everything he deserves. This kid is a sicko, and he deserves a dozen more huge finishes this year, so expect a lot from Jon Little. He’s a beast!
