Poker, Ebooks, and Obadiahs

I’ve been playing a decent amount of poker lately. I’ve made another $10,000 in the past week or so including $6,000 today. My cash game is coming along nicely.

I’ve started to write an E-book. At first I thought it would be a quick easy project, but there’s just so much information I want to put in it, and I still want it to have room for tons of hand histories. I may attach a download with it that works camtasia-style or something. I’m not sure exactly what direction I’m going to go with it (or even if I will get it finished anytime soon for that matter), but I’m really excited about the quality in the parts I’ve written so far. One of my worries is that I’m too much of a perfectionist w/ things like this, and that may prevent me from finishing it in a reasonable time span.

I’m not an Outkast fan. I liked the song Ms. Jackson, although I thought the Vines cover blew the original away.

I don’t like the song Hey Ya at all, but I recently heard a cover of it that is just unreal. I don’t care what type of music you listen to. Check out this cover NOW: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ioKEDgnfs8

This guy is so talented. I find it unbelievable that his band Obadiah Parker hasn’t been signed yet. They also do a cool Idioteque cover, so if you are a Radiohead fan, search for that on youtube.

-Props to Morgan Douglass for discovering these guys.
